Saturday Training
A reminder is sent every week for any specifics/program changes, but a typical Saturday training will look like this:
Bike / Velo - 6:30 AM sharp! Meeting HERE
Run / course a pieds - 8:00 AM Meeting HERE
Swim / Natation - 9:00 ~ 9:10AM Meeting HERE
